Could your pup be Main Beach’s Next Top Dogel?

Our annual Main Beach’s Next Top Dogel is all about fun for our amazing community. Enter your dog(s) and enjoy a complimentary photoshoot for keepsake and go into the running to be a finalist in one of the categories.

All category finalists will be required to parade down the dog-walk to be judged by our professional judges. Come and enjoy this family fun day!

  • Saturday 3rd August 2024 at Tedder Ave, Main Beach

    Select one category to enter your dog.

    Alternatively, enter the best trick or owner and dog costume category

    A professional panel of judges

    All finalists must be available to attend on the day

    There will be sponsor stalls and activities with loads of fun, prizes and giveaways!

  • Runs alongside the Top Dogel Parade

    Saturday 5th August 2023

    Enter your sausage dog and see who races to the end first!

    Will be broken down into heats and then a final round to determine the winner

    Simply enter your dog into the dogel competition and tick the Dachshund Dash box

    Most Unusual Dog

    • Additionally - you can enter in the best trick or best owner and dog costume category for fun

  • We offer a range of sponsorship packages for on the day.

  • Tedder Ave will be closed.

    Please use surrounding streets for parking, or rooftop parking via the laneways.

    Please allow time to find a parking spot if you have entered your dog.

2023 Charity

Precious Paws Animal Rescue (PPAR) was formed in 2016 by a group of like minded individuals who have a vision of a rescue dedicated to helping dogs in most need.

A commitment to saving the lives of pound and “at risk” dogs in the community. Dogs from remote communities with no rescue options, dogs with heart-worm, a curable but expensive dianosis, dogs with other illnesses or injuries or life threatening challenges. These dogs are the ones we seek to help.

Ray White Main Beach is part of the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group and is situated in the heart of dog-loving Tedder Avenue. The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group is located in one of the country’s greatest cities and Andrew, Gregory, and the team are passionate and committed to giving back to the community.

The team has been able to positively impact so many lives year in and year out and hopes that their actions will challenge and inspire others in the community to give back in whatever way they can.
